Wire Mesh Welding Machine

特點(diǎn)和用途：

龍門絲網(wǎng)焊機(jī)有4種送料形式可供選擇：

1、手動(dòng)送料型：人工將工件放入模內(nèi)，啟動(dòng)焊機(jī)依次焊接一排，再手動(dòng)推進(jìn)到下一排自動(dòng)焊接，直到整個(gè)工件焊接完成。

2、半自動(dòng)送料型：人工擺好工件，送料伺服自動(dòng)送料，到位后自動(dòng)焊接一排，再自動(dòng)行走到下排，自動(dòng)焊接，直到整個(gè)工件焊接完成后，工件再自動(dòng)返回或從后方退出，只需人工取料即可。

3、自動(dòng)雙模送料型:采用雙層式或前后雙模式自動(dòng)送料焊接裝置，利用先進(jìn)的PLC和人機(jī)交互界面控制伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)來進(jìn)行全自動(dòng)送料和自動(dòng)焊接。兩套自動(dòng)送料裝置，一套裝置在焊接的同時(shí) ，另一套人工擺放工件，兩套自動(dòng)送料模交替進(jìn)行，機(jī)器可連續(xù)不間斷工作，有效提高了生產(chǎn)效率，節(jié)省了人工成本。

4、橫線自動(dòng)落料自動(dòng)焊接步進(jìn)型：裝有自動(dòng)落料裝置，橫線放進(jìn)料斗,自動(dòng)落料，縱線自動(dòng)按距離步進(jìn)到位，自動(dòng)焊接一排，依次循環(huán)，直至整個(gè)網(wǎng)片焊接完成

各種防護(hù)欄網(wǎng)、五金網(wǎng)片、超市貨架、各種鳥籠鴿籠、網(wǎng)架、建筑用腳踏網(wǎng)、冰箱空調(diào)冷凝器網(wǎng)片、拉籃網(wǎng)及各種冰箱網(wǎng)片類的焊接。

Features and application:

1.Manual feeding type:Manual place the precut wires into mesh mold,start the welding machine and welding a row in turn,then manual push mold to next row for automatic welding until finish a complete mesh.

2.Semiautomatic feeding type:Manual place the precut wires into mesh mold,automatic step feeding to welding position and welding a row automatically,then automatic draw the mesh mold to next welding position and automatic welding until to finish a complete mesh,then mesh mold automatic back to origin and get out the mesh.

3.Automatic double mold feeding type:Adopted double layers type or tandem type automatic welding fixtures,and combined advanced PLC,human machine interface and precision servo motor driven system to obtain the continuous feeding and welding automatically.Machine included double mold for alternating welding,if one performed welding,then another can be placed wires at same time.So the machine can continues working to improve production efficiency

4.Full automatic feeding type:Equipped automatic hopper for cross wire feeding,line wire automatic feeding as setting length through automatic mesh drawing system.
